Today is the first day of Fall. As my daughter and I were decorating our mantle and planning fun ways to celebrate the change of season, I began to question why I never celebrate the ordinary with my husband. I know, without a doubt that my husband doesn’t celebrate the first day of fall like his pumpkin loving wife. However, that doesn’t justify not making an effort to include him on the festivities.

Every Day I fall in love with You!
In this letter, I will list specifically all the reasons why I love him that are applicable to the daily grind. For example, I love that my husband waves goodbye to us from his car when he leaves for work. I love his belly laughs at the children’s knock-knock jokes. I love that he, more often than not, does the grocery shopping for me simply because he knows I loathe it.
I will take these daily reminders of why I am lucky to be his and word them in a way that conveys to my husband that I fall in love with him every day… usually multiple times a day.
Who knows, the first day of fall might just become his favorite holiday!
